One of the Chinese equity indices that we follow made a top extension in the most recent trading session:
This is only at a daily scale but it comes after a weekly-scale top extension a month ago as reported in the October 12th edition, so we take a bit more notice. It also comes at a time when we are trying to sell short several different equity markets, so we now advise adding China to the list – sell short at the opening of the next session, the 12th November.
