Today is one of the days on which we expect equity market turns. There are a lot of these during these few weeks and we will publish an updated schedule soon. The two main things to note are:
- Todays turn comes from the Dow long-term series. For this we use a slightly different method and only look at the really big turns in the Dow since the late 19th century. This tends to identify the bigger current turns and so we report forecasts from this series separately.
- The biggest turn in this tightly-spaced group comes on June 4th. This is a full-blown grade 1 turn in both the US and Europe, also contains a Dow series turn and is followed the next day by a bond turn too.
